All products on this site are handcrafted by WoodWork By Jim and include everything available for sale on SlabsAndWoodWork.com. Each piece is carefully crafted using wood and epoxy resin. I take great pride in my work, ensuring that every product meets high standards of quality, and I sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Since these items are handmade—whether household goods, games, or furniture—minor variations are to be expected as part of the unique craftsmanship process. However, I guarantee that any product incorporating hardware, such as hinges, clasps, or lids, will be fully functional and safe for use. The longevity of each item will depend on the care it receives.

If your item arrives broken or not functioning properly, I will gladly accept a return and send a replacement as soon as possible. For products that feature epoxy accents—such as coasters or game boards—some natural blemishes or variations may occur. If you believe your item has a defect, please take a photo and email it to me for review. I will compare it with the images taken before shipping to determine the next steps, including whether return shipping will be covered.
